The Associate of Science in Nursing degree program at American National University prepares students to provide quality patient care in a variety of health care settings. We offer a flexible nursing associate’s degree. Our classes are designed for working adults to earn their nursing degree.
Students in this program will gain an understanding of nutrition, pharmacology, communication, human development, and more. Students will also learn about giving compassionate care to their patients and the ethical and legal standards in registered nursing as required by TN state and federal laws.
Students successfully completing this program are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEXRN) leading to licensure as a registered nurse.
